Soup is called "Gook" in Korean.
In Europe or US,soup is usually served before main dish as an appetizer.
In Korea, soup is served together with all other dishes at the same time
on a table. Soup is positioned on the right side of a bowl of rice and
functions as a cleansing mouth pallette.
